Brazilian soccer legend Pelé dies at 82
Brazilian football legend Edson Arantes do Nascimento, better known as Pelé, passed away today at the age of 82. The three-time world champion, who is regarded as one of the best footballers ever, has been suffering from colon cancer for some time. He had been in hospital since the end of November, where he was still following the World Cup in Qatar.
