The Düsseldorf clothing retailer Peek & Cloppenburg KG is again represented with a store in Karlsruhe. On Thursday, the branch in the Postgalerie shopping center opened its doors to customers for the first time. There the company now offers fashion and accessories for women and men on an area of 2,600 square meters on two floors.
However, the newly opened Karlsruhe store is only an interim solution. Last October, Peek & Cloppenburg had to close its previous location in the Baden metropolis because the building was about to be demolished. The clothing retailer is expected to move into new permanent premises in 2026.
Sebastian Franz, General Sales Manager P&C Karlsruhe, welcomed the interim solution: “We are happy to be able to be there for our customers in Karlsruhe again after a short absence,” he said in a statement on the occasion of the opening. “The store in the Postgalerie is a good temporary solution until we return to our previous address with a completely new, modern building.”
