Pedo hunter puts man who wants to meet up with child on YouTube: 120 hours of community service

The Utrecht pedo hunter Eren G. has been given a community service order of 120 hours because he pilloried an alleged pedophile from Woudrichem online. He also called his victim a ‘child molester’. According to the police judge in Utrecht, the 32-year-old Utrecht has attacked the good name of his victim.

G. visited the man in July last year. According to the pedo hunter, who calls himself Kral Kral on social media, the man from Woudrichem causes children trauma. After being tipped off by children that the man would like to have a sex appointment with minors, G. arranged to meet him himself. He filmed the encounter and posted the footage on his YouTube channel.

The alleged pedosexual was recognizable in the picture and was threatened from that moment on. The police judge in Utrecht believes that G. has gone too far with this. The pedo hunter also received a one-day prison sentence. Another 89 days in prison await him if he commits another crime.

Compensation
The man from Woudrichem demands 25,000 euros from G. for defamation. It is not known whether he received compensation and how much it was.

His attacker has long been able to count on a lot of support. An online fundraising campaign was started last summer, the count of which at one point stood at more than 5,000 euros. “Surely it cannot be the case that the privacy of a pedophile outweighs the safety of our children?” wrote the initiator of this crowdfunding campaign.

Conditional punishment
Two years ago, Eren G. also had to appear in court because he threatened an alleged pedophile from Oss. He entered the man’s house with great force. He streamed the conversation that followed live on Facebook. The court in Den Bosch then sentenced G. to 100 hours of community service and imposed a suspended prison sentence of two months. It is not yet clear whether he will have to serve this sentence now that he has been convicted again. Money was also raised around this ‘unmasking campaign’. This initiative earned him more than 1,500 euros.

Last September, G. lured a man into a trap in Belgium. He posed as a twelve-year-old girl, filmed the meeting with the alleged pedophile and distributed the recordings via social media. As far as we know, this operation has not yet led to a lawsuit.

Below is a video of the arrest. The images were blurred by Omroep Brabant, but the pedo hunters put them on Facebook without editing:
