On Saturday evening, two pedestrians were hit by a VW Golf at the Wuhletal S+U station and seriously injured.
The accident occurred on the zebra crossing on Altentreptower Straße. According to BZ information, the pedestrians were thrown into the windshield of the car and remained lying on the asphalt after the collision.
An emergency doctor and paramedics treated the seriously injured and transported them to a hospital. One person was slightly injured treated on site.
According to the fire department, four witnesses who witnessed the accident suffered shock. They were looked after on site until a pastor arrived.
A specialist police department for traffic offenses in the Berlin police is investigating. Altentreptower Straße is completely closed until further notice.
