PEC Zwolle again second in KKD after a tight victory over the last | Dutch football

PEC Zwolle is back in second place in the Kitchen Champion Division. The team of trainer Dick Schreuder booked a cramped 0-1 victory at last match FC Utrecht and so skips over MVV again. The gap on leader Heracles Almelo is two points.

The liberating goal for PEC came after more than an hour of play. Thomas van den Belt saw that Utrecht keeper Fabian de Keijzer misjudged his free kick. Last week the people of Zwolle also won the cup match against HHC Hardenberg with the smallest possible difference (0-1).

Young PSV won with no less than 6-0 against low flyer Helmond Sport. Johan Bakayoko, Sávio, Mathijs Tielemans (2x), Simon Colyn and Jason van Duiven scored for the Eindhoven team.

Young Ajax stayed at home against VVV-Venlo at 1-1. Sven Braken gave the Limburgers the lead after half an hour, Christian Rasmussen equalized soon after. At Jong AZ against Telstar it remained 0-0.
