Payments company PayPal sees less growth with reopening stores

Payments company PayPal suffered from reopening stores in the fourth quarter of last year. As a result, people went back to real stores and shopped less online. As a result, the growth in the number of payments via the company declined sharply. The fourth quarter saw a 23 percent increase in total payments volume, the lowest rate in the past two years. In the third quarter there was still a growth of 26 percent.
