Miss Finland emphasizes in the press release that no one has forced her to appear in pain.
– If the truth is told, it was a shame to get on stage in pain. Due to illness, I have missed training sessions and I have had to perform in pain, the model states in the press release.
– Appearing in pain was completely my own decision. In my own opinion, I would have been much more agile when I was healthy. However, I have given my all. Now I’m fully focused on Saturday’s final, he continues.
Joukanen said in another announcement on Tuesday, November 14, that he suspects he got food poisoning from the fruit he had eaten that morning.
– Half an hour after that I started feeling bad and every ten minutes I ran to the toilet, he said in the announcement.
The Miss Universe final in El Salvador is on Saturday, November 18. A day earlier, Joukanen will be seen looking like Little My when he presents the Finnish national costume. Particular Dila Aydar’s the outfit he designed was inspired by Little My and Pippi Longstocking.
