Paul Lietaer wins the Historic Rally of Ypres

After 27 editions together with the modern cars, the Ypres Historic Rally is now run separately, with the Ypres Market once again as the central heart of the rally. Something like ‘back to the good old days’. On Friday evening the opening test was held in the dark in Boezinge.
