It is not given to all women to age as beautifully as Patty Brard. The 67-year-old television diva invariably looks to get through a ring, but she also sometimes misses the mark.
Patty Brard was a while ago, together with her daughter Priscilla, at the premiere of the Halina Reijn film Bodies Bodies Bodies. There she wore a dress from Maje à 375 euros with a black top underneath. And the well-known couturier Paul Schulten actually thinks that looks pretty nice at La Brard (see below).
New course
Where she used to be a bit ordinary, Patty has been a chic woman for a number of years now. At least, that’s what she looks like. Paul thinks that the new look looks good on her, he says in the Story.
Paul: “I’ve noticed that Patty has been taking a new direction in her way of dressing for some time now and this dress is a good example of that. I wholeheartedly applaud her new, stylish choice of clothing.”
Green toenails
According to Paul, however, it is a blunder that you wear open shoes with toenails painted frog green under a blue dress. “Too bad she painted her toenails green. That color does not come back anywhere and I therefore do not understand it. A clear coat would have been much better.”
Patty should also stop with all those weird Ibiza bracelets, he thinks. Especially if you go to a movie premiere in a beautiful dress. “All those Ibiza bracelets are really too much of a good thing. And they don’t match her new, stylish look.”
‘It is too much’
Less is more, Paul explains. “The earrings can still be used, but she really should have left the necklaces in her jewelry box. I also like the rings. She should have made a choice, because you can’t wear everything!”
Finally, he also wonders whether her open shoes were comfortable. “Such open shoes will unfortunately not provide much support, although they are excellent on the foot.”
