Now that the housing market seems to be over its peak, Patty Brard has quickly put her villa in Amstelveen up for sale. Her house has been for sale for about a month and a half, but nobody wants to pay 2.3 million euros for it. Is she worried yet?

Patty states that there is interest, but that everyone is whining. “There has already been interest from potential buyers, but you know how it goes: twelve viewers, twelve nags. After all, you can’t please everyone,” she says in the weekly magazine Privé.
She says she is in no immediate rush. “Unlike a few years ago, when it was also for sale, it is now accompanied by much more tranquility. Then I had to get rid of it quickly by all means, now I think it’s totally fine if it only comes in a year or two. We’ll see.”

Why does Patty want to get rid of that villa anyway? “We also do it with a view to our old age, slightly smaller, on the ground floor and then only for the moments that we stay in the Netherlands.”
She prefers to spend the time in Ibiza. “Ibiza is now our place of calm and tranquility, where nothing is necessary and everything is allowed. In recent weeks, I believe Antoine has only dressed once.”
