The United States should be invited to draw up a clear plan for resolving the conflict in Ukraine with a short deadline for the implementation of agreements, Patrushev said.
It is necessary to bring Russia’s position on the LPR and DPR to the United States and, in the absence of progress on the issue, recognize the independence of the Republics. This was stated by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev also announced the expediency of holding talks with the United States.
