The Dutch fullback reached an agreement with one of his country’s teams, PSV Eindhoven. According to the information received, the experienced left-back was loaned to the Dutch team until the end of the season.
PSV Eindhoven will cover the 32-year-old football player’s fee of 950 thousand euros.
Van Aanholt is expected to leave Istanbul after saying goodbye to his teammates on Tuesday, January 31st at noon.
WHO IS PATRICK VAN AANHOLT?
Born in 1990 in the Netherlands, Patrick van Aanholt started his football career in the youth team of PSV Eindhoven. The Dutch player, who was transferred from PSV infrastructure to Chelsea infrastructure in 2007 with high potential, spent most of his career in England after this step.
From 2007 to January 2012, he played for Chelsea, Coventry City, Newcastle United, Leicester City, Wigan on loan. In the interim transfer period of 2012, he was transferred to Vitesse, one of the teams of his country, on loan. After a year and a half of Vitesse adventure, he made a permanent transfer to Sunderland.
