On the occasion of Patrick Swayze’s (1952-2009) 70th birthday, the widow of the actor and dancer remembers her husband.

“I don’t think there’s anything I don’t miss about him,” Lisa Niemi told Entertainment Tonight magazine.

It’s also the little things she’s missing: “It’s his laughter. It’s the sound of his voice. I feel like he is with me every day. We had a great time and there is so much to be thankful for.”

Swayze died of pancreatic cancer in September 2009 at the age of 57. He became famous with the cult film “Dirty Dancing”. His role in the romantic drama Ghost earned him a Golden Globe nomination.

Swayze would have turned 70 this week. Niemi and Swayze were married for 34 years, according to Entertainment Tonight. “Dirty Dancing” celebrates its 35th cinema anniversary in the USA this weekend.
