Patrick Martens had a raid yesterday that was very last minute used to be. One hour before the broadcast of MolTalk, he was still lying on the couch in pajamas. “This is really nice of him.”
MolTalk, the weekly review of Wie is de Mol, is normally presented by Marlijn Weerdenburg and Rop Verheijen. However, she could not be there yesterday because she was sick at home. The solution? Patrick Martens, one of the presenters of Koffietijd, was called from the couch.
Patrick in pajamas
Rop indicates in the broadcast that he is very happy with Patrick as a substitute. “Patrick, how wonderful that you are here. Marlin is sick, an hour ago you knew nothing. What were you doing?”
Patrick says: “Well, I was sitting on the couch in a pajama-like situation waiting for Wie is de Mol to start and my boyfriend was cooking and now we are both standing here. Very cozy!”
Very handsome
This is very clever, says viewing figures expert Tina Nijkamp. “Patrick Martens was just sitting on the couch an hour before the broadcast started. Really clever how he suddenly presents a live broadcast. I think he is still underrated as a presenter in the TV world. Hopefully he will get another chance to work somewhere after coffee time.”
Is this a favor from Tina? “No, I don’t know Patrick. Think twice met in a TV studio on recordings. By the way, it is also nice that as a viewer you no longer end up in the advertising break after Wie is de Mol, but almost immediately at MolTalk.”
