Job in the Super Lig
Patrick Kluivert is drawn to Turkey. The 47-year-old has signed a two-year contract with top-flight club Adana Demirspor and succeeds Vincenzo Montella in the managerial dug-up, against whom he played four games during his playing days. For the ex-professional it is the fourth time as head coach after FC Twente II, Ajax U19 and Curaçao. He had also worked as an assistant with the Cameroonian and Dutch national teams, among others. From 2019 to 2021 he was head of youth development at his former club FC Barcelona.
Adana Demirspor finished last season in the Süper Lig on the fourth place, which entitles them to qualify for the Conference League.
