The Berlin communications agency Silk Relations has appointed Patrick Chodura as Chief Operating Officer for operational communications.
Chodura has been working in the owner-managed agency for almost ten years. In addition to his position as PR director, in which he oversees daily PR activities, he is now responsible for the operational communications business at management level.
Despite the pandemic, Silk Relations has increased its sales over the past two years – not least thanks to new customers such as Dr. Martens, s.Oliver and Comma, as the company announced on Tuesday.
Silk Relations was founded in 2005 by Silke Bolms and Kerstin Geffert and now looks after around 40 international and local brands in the areas of fashion, interior design and cosmetics. Customers include Ba & sh, Essentiel Antwerp, Levi’s, Opus, as well as Under Armor, Champion, Dockers, Crocs, Toms and Happy Socks. Together with Tribes, the partner agency for content and creators, Silk Relations employs more than 50 people. In addition to the location in Berlin Mitte, Silk Relations operates a French branch in Paris.
