Parents’ biggest shock became reality for the father and mother of a 12-year-old girl. She had no contact at all with a nice boy of 16, but with Arie K. from Breda, who was then 46 years old. As a ‘Pastor Klaas’ he sent to sexual contact and forced her to send nude photos and videos.
Whether it is large or smaller online fornication cases, the working method is always the same, it turned out on Friday again in the court in Breda. An older man presents himself as a young man and approaches young girls. He seduces them to send a nude photo and once he has it, he forces such a girl to continue. Otherwise their images will be put online or the parents will be informed.
And that also worked with the girl of 12. And in the same period in 2023 also with a girl of 16. It was heartbreaking to hear from the parents of the 12-year-old girl how Damage Arie K. caused. The family destroyed it and the girl is struggling to today with the consequences of the online abuse.
Twenty years addicted to sex and chatting
Because, Arie K. made the fur, it turned out during the session. The man himself indicated that he had been addicted to sex and chatting for twenty years. And on Snapchat he could both combine. In no time it was only about sex and the girl felt forced. “You do that for me?” Dan wrote. “I have to spray now, so do something” and “you are goddamn mine.”
And then she again agreed to take a fierce photo or video for K., aka Pastor Klaas, who also tried in vain to meet her. All in all, that online abuse lasted at least half a year, until the girl of 12 informed her parents and reported.
Videos of stepdaughter
The 16 -year -old girl was the ex’s ex. He also forced her to send nude photos and videos. In addition, K. had made videos of his stepdaughter in the bathroom. A total of Arie K. 500 photos and videos were found, arranged in different folders with name.
At one point, Arie K. did get rid of the average online forgery. He confessed everything and also explained and passing by that he had been his own daughter in 2013.
“This never again”
K. wants to clean the ship. After his arrest in the summer of 2023, he was immediately put out of the house. He lost everything and went looking for help himself. Never again, he explained on Friday again and again in court. He already followed dozens of sessions, but the probation service advises that K. must be investigated the best treatment for him.
K. has also lost a lot, it became clear. He has only moderate contact with his three children, it turned out. He has another rental home and he can probably keep his job if the court takes over the requirement of the judiciary. And recently he has a new girlfriend, who did not convict him for his actions, but helps him.
All parties want Arie K. never to approach little girls again. The public prosecutor also saw that K. wants to cooperate, but still doubted whether he was honest about everything. She appreciated the openness of K. and his own desire to prevent repetition. She demanded the maximum community service of 240 hours and 302 days in jail, 300 of which are conditional. As a result, K. does not have to go back into the cell, because he was in jail for two days after his arrest. She did, however, that K. is investigated to certainly find the good treatment for him.
K. was very emotional during the handling of the case. He did not keep it dry regularly. Certainly not when the parents together told how bad their daughter suffered under the forced sexual contact. K. promised to do everything to prevent recurrence and is willing to pay all required compensation.
The court will rule on this case on July 18.
