Pasta puttanesca

(for 4 people)

1 onion

4-5 large cloves of garlic

a drizzle of olive oil

40 g of anchovies

1 1/4 dl chopped black kalamata olives

2 tablespoons of small capers

1 tsp tuna in oil

1 pc crushed tomato (e.g. Mutti)

3 tablespoons of tomato puree

250 g (2 1/2 dl) orzo pasta

4 1/2 dl water

2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1 teaspoon of honey

1 teaspoon of salt

black pepper

On:

two tomatoes in slices

2 dl (approx. 70 g) grated parmesan

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Saute chopped onion and garlic in a pan until they soften. Add the anchovies (without the oil) to the pan and fry for a while. Chop the anchovies slightly with a spatula.

2. Add the drained tuna, crushed tomatoes and puree, mix. Add water and orzo pasta and spices. Let it boil and pour the mixture into the baking dish.

3. Cover the pasta with foil and bake in a 225-degree oven for 20 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven, spread the sliced ​​tomatoes on the surface of the pan and cover the pasta with a fine grated parmesan. Bake for another 10 minutes at 250 degrees until the cheese melts and browns a little.

4. Serve with a fresh salad.
