Passenger car jammed by officers in bulletproof vests in Paddepoel, police make four arrests

The police jammed a passenger car on Zonnelaan in Groningen on Friday evening. A report had been received that a passenger car would be driving around in the Beijum district containing people with possible weapons or firearms.

On the Zonnelaan, on the other side of the city, a passenger car was then run over by the police. Police officers wore bulletproof vests. The occupants were talked out of the vehicle by the police using a BTGV, approach technique dangerous suspect.

Four passengers were arrested by the police and taken to the police station. Police officers found several paintball guns in the vehicle that was hit. The car was taken to the station for investigation.
