A group of partygoers came to blows last night at a party in Amsterdam’s western harbor area. Around 4 o’clock at night the party was over and the atmosphere changed. The police had to intervene and arrested at least three people.
About 600 people were present at the party in an event location on the Humberweg in Westpoort. After the end of the party, around 4:00 am, the visitors were on the street and a number of people were fighting.
To control the situation, the police closed the street on both sides for a while.
According to a bystander, the street was swept clean by officers with drawn batons. After an hour, peace returned
