On the IJmeer, the pontoon with 35 people on board had broken loose. It was scaled up to collaboration of several emergency services. All lifeboats in the area came to the scene.
The KNRM brought the people on board safely ashore. They were housed at a hotel in Uitdam. No one was injured.
