The Sky Sports media group, which operates as Sky Sport in German-speaking countries, now offers fan articles for numerous popular sports in its own online stores. As part of a new partnership with the US sporting goods supplier Fanatics, corresponding e-commerce platforms were opened last Friday in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, Ireland and Italy.
The online stores are “accessible via the Sky sports portals in the territories of Sky Germany, Sky UK and Sky Italia” and are operated by Fanatics, Sky Germany explained in a statement.
