A seven-year-old boy was found dead in an apartment in the southern French city of Perpignan on Thursday. Two girls, aged just two and three, were admitted to hospital. They show “signs of multiple trauma”, the federal prosecutor’s office explains. Two adult family members have been arrested in the investigation.
