Part of a huge rock mass falls down in a Swiss mountain village, the Tour of Switzerland has to swerve and the start is postponed

In the Swiss mountain village of Brienz-Brinzauls, part of an already threatening rock mass has come down. The municipality announced this early this morning. The message follows the announcement around midnight of ‘phase blue’, the most critical condition. From that moment on, the village was no longer allowed to be entered. Last month, all residents of the village were evacuated because of the imminent collapse of the rock mass of 500,000 cubic meters.
