Israel’s parliament on Monday approved a controversial bill that limits the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. It deprives that court of the opportunity to rule on the “reasonableness” of a government decision. During a protest march against that reform, a car drove into demonstrators. Three people were injured, police said.
