Paris Fashion Week Men’s Spring/Summer 2023 program unveiled

The French Chamber of Commerce for Men’s Fashion has announced the preliminary program for the next Paris Fashion Week Men’s, dedicated to the Spring/Summer 2023 men’s ready-to-wear collections. The event will take place in Paris from June 21st to 26th.

Of the 84 fashion houses featured in the official programme, many (39 in total) such as Paul Smith, Études, Y/Project, Issey Miyake and Thom Browne are returning to the physical runway format. During the pandemic, some have had to be shelved in favor of so-called “phygital” presentations. While most presentations will be in physical format (37 in total), only eight fashion houses – including Yohji Yamamoto and Agnès b – will present their collections via the digital tool.

Six new brands will join the official program this season. Three of these are physical catwalk shows, namely British designer Kiko Kostadinov, Swedish duo Lazoschmidl and Frenchwoman Marine Serre, whose women’s collections have already caused a stir at every new Paris Fashion Week.

Among the virtual presentations, the event welcomes Chinese designer Feng Chen Wang, who has so far presented her collections in London, where she has set up her studio. Likewise, the House of Fursac and the young French designer Jeanne Friot, who has been developing gender-neutral collections and a sustainable production model since 2022.

The official program for Paris Men’s Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2023 is available on the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode website.
