“I don’t understand that the guy is already free.” That is what the parents of the 8-year-old girl say who was beaten up out of the blue on an Antwerp playground on Wednesday. The 21-year-old perpetrator was first arrested, but later released. “If he does not belong in a cell, then in an institution. You simply cannot justify such a cowardly act.”
