Fenerbahce Beko Head Coach Aleksandar Djordjevic made a statement before the Panathinaikos match they will play in THY EuroLeague.
The Serbian coach used the following statements:
“I’m sure we can find the motivation for this match by remembering the mistakes we made in the last 15 seconds in Athens and the way we lost the match. We almost gave the match to our opponent by making important mistakes there. Of course, I have great respect for the Panathinaikos team. “They can combine and this is one of their most important advantages. They can play at a high tempo. We have to be able to respond to their transition attacks and use our physical strength, motivation and game style to gain an edge over them by improving our organization. We need to increase our level of playmaking as a team in this match. We are still suffering from long-term injuries.” We have players coming out. One of our biggest goals is to win this match, as well as to enable these players to catch up with the rhythm of the match again.”
