Pamela Anderson, 54, made her musical debut on Broadway in New York on Tuesday.

Known as the Baywatch star and Playboy model, Anderson will perform at the spring-time classic musical in Chicago. His role is another of the main characters, Roxie Hart.

Anderson has said the wash is a dream come true.

– It’s unbelievable that I was even offered such a role, so I’m going to give my all. I am not going to disappoint myself or my family. This is my moment to shine, Anderson said in the Good Morning America program in March.

New York Postin according to the review, Anderson did his premiere with honor. She is praised for her luminance and dancing skills. Critic Johnny Oleksinski points out that Anderson’s singing skills don’t end in dizziness, but he successfully sang his note throughout the show.

Anderson’s solo number made the audience cheer from his stand, which is quite rare in Chicago. The musical has been on Broadway for decades and the role of Roxie Hart has seen many stars after another, making it harder for the audience to surprise.

According to Oleksinski, the sons of Anderson, Dylan Jagger Lee and Brandon Thomas Lee, were in the auditorium encouraging their mother. The father of the children is Anderson’s ex-man, a rock star Tommy Lee.

Premiered in 1975, Chicago is one of the longest-running musicals of all time, with several versions on Broadway and around the world.

The snappy Roxie Hart character has been portrayed over the years by several well-known names, including Liza Minnelli, Rita Wilson and Melanie Griffith. A 2002 film version of Roxieta starring Renée Zellweger has also been made.

Anderson will be seen in the role of Roxie from April to June at the Amabassador Theater on Broadway.
