Palomino at the Anti-Doping Prosecutor’s Office: hearing concluded

José Palomino was heard this morning by the Anti-Doping Prosecutor in Rome: the Atalanta defender was suspended last July for a positive “Clostebol Metabolita”, detected during a surprise check in Zingonia. During the hearing, Palomino (accompanied by the lawyers Maria Turco and Luigio Chiappero) pleaded guilty to the prosecutor of Nado Italia, Pierfilippo Laviani, supporting the thesis of accidental contamination. The meeting, which started at 12.45pm, lasted about 40 minutes and ended at 1.25pm. The date of the process is now to be defined.
