Palermo, Filippi exonerated: Silvio Baldini in his place

Giacomo Filippi, Palermo coach, was exonerated from the rosanero club, who entrusted the technical leadership of the team to Silvio Baldini with a contract until June 30, 2022 and automatic renewal in the event of promotion to Serie B. To communicate the dismissal to the coach was the president Dario Mirri during a meeting that was held at the stadium. The 63-year-old Tuscan coach had already led Palermo in the 2003-2004 season.
