Painful mistake: Slovenian family discovers after cremation that their father is still alive

Due to a painful mistake at a care home in Slovenia, a family apparently attended the cremation service of a man, only to find out a day later that he is still alive. Wrong identification bands are said to be the cause of the incident. The Minister of Health has gone deeply through the dust.
