It is the sister of the woman, who lived in Koekelare, who died in Hooglede. The latter municipality drew up the death certificate, but used the wrong name. For the East Flemish woman, there is now not only grief for her deceased sister, but also a whole administrative merry-go-round. For example, her income and health insurance have been blocked.
Hooglede promises that she will reimburse all costs for documents that she has to reapply for.
