Telstar is disappointed after a new goal against – Pro Shots / Ron Jonker

Telstar had one change compared to the draw against Jong PSV. Jay Kruiver was in the base and was preferred to Yayha Boussakou. The first shot of the game came off the foot of Thomas Oude Kotte. He shot wide after a free kick from Christos Giousis was saved by Michael Brouwer.

After that, things went from bad to worse for the White Lions. First Anas Ouahim made 1-0, after which Nikolai Laursen doubled the margin. Glynor Plet had the connecting goal on his shoe, only his effort was turned by Brouwer. Via Ouahim and the substitute Samuel Armenteros it became 4-0 before the break.

After the break, Telstar mainly tried to limit the damage. That went pretty well, up to the 77e minute. Anass Najah made a mistake in midfield. Heracles then came out quickly and struck mercilessly through Emil Hansson: 5-0. The team from Velsen had barely recovered from the goal, when the sixth was already in via Armenteros. The Swede scored after a solo right through the defense and thus set the final score at 7-0.
