The Netflix series Ozark’s fourth-season final season was released last week. The season has been reported to be the last in the series, and for the fans of the series, the content of the episode has come as a nasty surprise.
In the episode A Hard Way to Go, one of the most popular characters in the series, Julia Garnerin starring Ruth Langmore experiences a barren fate. This turnaround in particular has gotten fans of the series on track.
On the IMDb, that episode has received by far the worst rating from viewers of all of Ozark’s four-season episodes.
Many viewers of the series unleash their disappointment with the final episode on Twitter.
– I’m going to miss Ruth Langmore. He’s had quite a trip!
– Without revealing this, I will just say that Ozark’s closing period is rubbish. There was no reason to end things like this. And I love Jason Bateman work here, but you would have even tried.
– Ozark’s closing period was horrible. Right for Ruth.
One Twitter user jokes that Ozark’s disappointing closing episode matches the closing episode of Game of Thrones.
While many knock out the last episode of Ozark on Twitter, there are also defenders for the episode.
– If your favorite character dies, that doesn’t mean the whole series’ decision is miserable.
– Everyone who knocks out the end of the Ozark is crazy! Great series and great closing season! Yes, I hate what happened too, but not all stories can end happily!
