After the third round of peace talks with the Russians, Ukraine is more positive about the escape routes of civilians from besieged Ukrainian cities. The two sides met again on Monday afternoon. In the meantime, the attacks on cities like Kiev and Kharkov continued. The government estimates that there is already 10 billion dollars (about 9.2 billion euros) in damage.
