Russian troops allegedly shot and killed ten civilians in the Ukrainian city of Chernihiv who were queuing for bread. A group of fleeing residents was killed in a Russian missile attack in the port city of Mariupol. The Russians also bombed a theater in Mariupol with hundreds of people hiding in it.
