Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in Belarus have started. Although Ukraine is aiming high with an immediate ceasefire and withdrawal of Russian troops, President Volodymyr Zelensky expects little from the meeting. Meanwhile, the pace of the Russian offensive appears to be slowing.
