This afternoon, Prime Minister Jan Jambon (N-VA) provided more text and explanation of the Flemish budget agreement during his September statement in the Flemish Parliament. Jambon sounded enthusiastic and called the agreement – which focuses, among other things, on the higher job bonus and extra support for childcare – “a huge boost”. “Despite the difficult economic circumstances, the Flemish budget remains on track,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
