According to the US Department of Defense, three quarters of the 160,000 troops that Russia had gathered on the Ukrainian borders have now moved into the country. The Russian main force is on its way to Kiev with a convoy more than sixty kilometers long and is located about 25 kilometers outside the capital. Satellite images show that helicopters and additional ground troops are also available in Belarus. President Zelensky calls for a no-fly zone over Ukraine and calls yesterday’s Russian attacks on Kharkov “a war crime”.
