Donald Trump said in 2024 ‘zeer, zeer, zeer waarschijnlijk’ opnieuw een gooi naar het Amerikaanse presidentschap doen. Dat zei hij zelf op een Republikeins campaign event in Iowa. Maar hoe serieus moeten we zo’n ‘comeback’ nemen? Buitenland journalist Maarten Rabaey light toe.
