In addition to some information events, visits to authorities and practical tips, the international students were able to get to know each other even better at a campus rally. The rally’s winning group was chosen at the official welcome event on Friday afternoon.
Frank Schwartze, Vice President for Research and International Affairs, welcomed the students to the university together with representatives from the departments and the AStA. The Duet Pabameto accompanied the event with music. On Saturday, March 19th, the Internationals had the chance to get to know Lübeck even better during a city tour.
The students come from China, Jordan, India, France and the Netherlands. In addition, the first year of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Program in Applied Ecohydrology will begin their stay at the TH Lübeck.
