Baked feta dip is perfect as a companion to glögg.
Mari Moilanen
– Everyone knows by now how addictive oven feta is. So I made a feta dip. In the oven. So the baked feta dip was born, he writes Mari Moilanen Something tasty in his blog.
Moilanen assures that the dip is just as simple as it sounds.
This dip is perfect for Independence Day celebrations, as it is easily prepared in the oven, and tastes great with mulled wine.

1. Roast a handful of nuts in a pan and grind them. Crumble the feta in a bowl with a fork. Add cream cheese and enough cream to make the feta dip soft. Add dried cranberries or lingonberries and chopped rosemary and black pepper.
2. Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a small baking dish and spread the dip in the dish. Bake in a 200-degree oven for about 15 minutes or until the surface of the dip gets a little color. Decorate the dip with nutmeg, rosemary sprigs and dried cranberries or lingonberries.
