19-year-old Den Ouden is in her second season at ZV De Zaan. At the same time, the teenager also attended the Water Polo Academy in Eindhoven last year. Now the focus is entirely on the Zaanse formation. “I moved to Zaandam this year. It is also busy with school, but so far it has been easy to combine,” says Den Ouden, who studies in Amsterdam.
ZV De Zaan won the match against ANO Glyfada 14-10. On March 23, the Zaandam team will face Lille. The winner of that match qualifies for the Final Four of the Euro Cup.
