The seventh installment of the saga’Outlander‘ has become one of the most anticipated releases by 2023. Netflix unveiled the new trailer ahead of Christmasand now it has been the production company that has wanted to wink at the fans coinciding with Valentine’s Day: it has issued a surprise music video with the scenes from the head of the series sung by nothing more and nothing less than the legendary Sinéad O’Connor.

“Nothing compares to the opening credits of ‘Outlander’. For a special Valentine’s Day treat, enjoy the official Season 7 rendition of ‘The Skye Boat Song’ sung by the legendary Sinéad O’Connor!” says on his Starzplay social media account.
For his part, the composer of the series’ soundtrack, Bear McCreary, has recalled in networks that he already advanced in the summer that he was working on a musical surprise for fans, which is the one that has just been revealed.
“I have had a lifelong dream of collaborating with the legendary Sinéad O’Connor, And that dream finally came true!” he said on Twitter.
“Thank you, Sinéad, for bringing your voice and spirit to my music,” he concludes.
The seventh will be the one that contains more episodes of all the previous ones, something that has generated great satisfaction in her fans because there are those who already consider her one of the best love stories.
