‘Pearls’ they call it at Tomorrowland. They are called ‘Coins’ at Rock Werchter. But you could also just call it cheating. There are few arguments left why you should not be able to simply pay in euros with your contactless bank card at festivals. Test purchase is already suing the system. It’s time for the economic inspectorate to look into it as well.
