One day, customs announce that they have intercepted almost 36 tons of cocaine, 3 times more than 5 years ago, in the port of Antwerp. Fortunately, there were no shouts of joy about record catches. Because the next day, the umpteenth shooting at the Central Station in Antwerp – soon a neighborhood to be avoided – pushed us once again to the facts: that catch was not a victory, but yet another defeat.
