Our Club #18: Rain, wind, beautiful goals and many red cards

FOOTBALL – In a stormy and soaking wet weekend, many Drenthe amateur clubs had a make-up game on the program. Many of those matches were canceled after all, but the clubs that have an artificial turf field at their disposal still had to get to work.

For example, VKW played at home this afternoon against SVBO in the 1st class F on the artificial grass field. The formation from Westerbork won 3-1 and is therefore the new leader in this class.

The Asser ACV played its first match since November in the 3rd Division, at home against Ajax and in the 2nd class J of Saturday football the squatter DZOH – Gorecht was on the program.

The Meppeler city derby, in the 5th class on Saturday, became a prey for MSC and Valthermond took the lead in the 2nd class L on Sunday by winning against competitor WKE’16.
