200 affordable rental apartments in HafenCity: Quantum acquires socially
sustainable neighborhood JAZZ (PHOTO)
Hamburg (ots) – More than 200 apartments, offices, restaurants and shops. quantum
has a lot in HafenCity for institutional investors
Acquired the new JAZZ quarter. The special feature: The rental apartments will be
offered at reduced prices. Now the construction work has started.
In HafenCity, the Hamburg real estate company Quantum has the
Neighborhood development JAZZ acquired – for a club of professionals
pension schemes from Berlin. The seller is PATRIZIA AG. The enterprise
has developed the project so far and will remain on board until completion.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
In the diverse quarter in Baakenhafen, Quantum will realize 206 by the end of 2024
publicly subsidized and low-priced rental apartments. additionally arise
around 3,800 m of usable space for offices, restaurants and shops.
92 apartments, each with high-quality equipment, are being built as public buildings
subsidized rental housing. The 114 privately financed rental apartments at JAZZ
are mostly offered voluntarily at reduced prices.
