Verden/Heerenveen (ots) – What was 15 years ago in the Netherlands as OrangeGas

started with a CNG filling station, has quickly become one in recent years

growing European company for climate-friendly mobility. upstairs

Today, Clean Fuels offers regenerative energy for all drive types. Regardless of whether

Car, van or truck – at OG there are all available alternatives

for driving with fossil gasoline and diesel. In the Netherlands market of origin

OG has grown steadily and is now the market leader for CNG filling stations. In

Germany and Sweden stormed the company in this industry in only

number 1 in the industry for a few years. In addition to the new national company in

Italy is particularly well known for the multifuel filling stations with bio-CNG, bio-LNG, green

Hydrogen and fast charging stations in the three core countries in the center of the

growth strategy. HVO100 completes the product range.

The OG success story began in 2008 with an idea at the garden table

founder Marcel Borger; a year later the first OG gas station went into the

Netherlands in operation. Today the group of companies is in four EU countries

active and has a turnover of 200 million euros with almost 300 locations.

This makes OG the market leader among the group-independent providers more sustainable

fuels.

After successfully establishing a network of more than 80 CNG filling stations in

The Netherlands made the move to Germany in 2017. Here operates OG

now more than 120 CNG filling stations. Market entry in Sweden followed

2019 with five stations in the Helsingborg area. In 2022, OG expanded that

Scandinavian network with the takeover of the Fordonsgas stations to a total of 50

gas stations. This year the Italian OG daughter opened the first ones

two gas stations south of the Alps.

In addition to growth in the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Italy

OG has ambitious plans for expansion in half a dozen

EU countries and Great Britain. By 2030, a network of more than 1,000

Locations throughout Europe with a turnover of one billion euros are created.

OG wants to become the largest independent provider in Europe

only sells climate-friendly fuels.

OG Dream Stations for 100 percent green mobility and logistics

While the existing station network for bio-CNG, bio-LNG and green hydrogen

as well as fast charging stations are continuously expanded and consolidated in a customer-oriented manner

OG takes a big step in with the so-called Dream Stations

In the direction of integrated providers of sustainable drive energy. This

Multifuel filling stations offer the necessary green energy for all drives at one

Location. The first OG Dream Stations have already been realized in the Netherlands,

in Sweden and Germany, the first plans are about to be implemented.

“We are convinced that the use of various regenerative

fuels is essential to achieve the climate targets set in the EU

and to enable sustainable, affordable mobility for everyone”.

Founder and CEO Marcel Borger the strategy of OG. electrical and

Hydrogen vehicles alone would not be enough to reach the goal

achieve sustainable mobility by 2040.

The strategy of the group of companies adapts OG individually to the respective

markets. In Germany, for example, the focus is on tank and charging infrastructure

for trucks. Although the OG stations are open to all vehicles – due to the

Framework conditions in Germany as a logistics hub in the center of Europe

however, road freight transport is of particular relevance. With the 2023 in

commissioned basic truck network for bio-CNG, OG ensures that trucks

be able to drive 100 percent regeneratively and in a climate-friendly manner throughout Germany.

Regionally, OG is further consolidating the gas station network according to customer needs

supplements the drive energies by building a network

Multifuel gas stations. At OG’s 15th birthday party on June 1st in

Groningen, Borger said in front of customers, partners and employees: “We are watching

Excited about the future and the possibilities that lie ahead. With

determination we will continue to innovate and connect our network
